All Around my Hat

I made this tag several weeks ago the background is the old favourite of masking tape stuck on in small bits and the painted with the fantastic Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paints. The little girls' dress is stamped onto sticky backed canvas and then cut - out dots of multi medium we added and left to dry to act as a resist and then painted. The wings and hat are Grunge paper painted and then stickle glue added for bling.
