I was up at the crack of dawn yesterday and decided it was Christmas Cookie baking day - not something I do very often. I had found a great recipe for Ginger Biscuits on the Sainsbury's website
here's a quick link to the recipe and I think they turned out great. The recipe has chopped stem ginger in it and boy is it good - very Moorish and very addictive.
Wonder how these would sell at a craft fair? Perhaps next year I shall investigate putting a stall on at one of the local fairs for all the Christmas decorations, Christmas bakes and Christmas pickles I could make:)
Off to make a coffee and perhaps a ginger biscuit or two to go with it.
