I'm sorry I lost last week - if anybody finds it can they let me know:-)lol
Last week was not a good week Baz was poorly - a combination of his treatment and a bout of bronchitis really knocked him for six and he was off work all week, (not like him at all). As a result between working and playing nursey I haven't had a lot of spare time. Things are looking up and he is feeling a lot better although he is still coughing - for a non-smoker he sounds like he's on 60 a day and it looks like I might get a little time in my craft room this week-end.
Last weekend I had a splendid day at Skipton with the wonderful Jill at the Stampman it was a fairly small class but we had a lot of fun and everybody got on really well. We made a canvas board and lots of different squares using various techniques - gesso, acrylic paints, stamping, meltpot, die cutting and generally had a great day getting all inky (although I was very organised and took a pair of latex gloves with me - I looked like I was off into the operating theatre)mine is all turquoise and brown with splashes of gold and black. We had a lot to fit in and I didn't have time to apply all my embellishments to the canvas and had to bring it home to complete later and as of yet I still haven't! As soon as do it I will post it here - hopefully in the not too distant future!
I have a little card to post which I made a couple of weeks ago and never got around to posting I apologise for the picture it looks like I used cream card but It was snow white! I really must get a new camera.. I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
