What a fabulous weekend - the sun has shone and it was really warm just like a summer's day. I have seen a couple of swallows and I know one swallow doesn't make a summer but perhaps two does!
Talking about flying visitors - We had a flying visit from son number 2 this weekend - it was lovely to see him as he hasn't been home since before Christmas.
I managed to catch up on a lot of overdue letters and spent a couple of hours in the craft room making a birthday card without the hint of a rabbit on it anywhere but lots and lots of kitty cats.
I would like to enter this into the following challenges:-
C.R.A.F.T - Animals/Pets
PaperPlay Challenges - Critters
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes
I also had a little play with my new Marianne Rose Die and I think I'm getting the hang of it although at first I couldn't get the glue to hold the middle of the rose but I managed and here is the result. I'm sure I'll get better with a bit more practice.
Aw the is so cute, love your flower too, thanks for joining us at paper play, hugs Liz xx

I love the card - it's so bold and eyecatching. And the rose looks fab to me - I don't have those dies and didn't realise they were so deep, looks great
