Christmas is on it's Way

I attended a craft class a little while ago and one of the cards we made was a Christmas card in the very untraditional colours of black white and silver. I loved the colour scheme and have made my own variation of the card. The tree stamps are from a Martha Stewart set which was not a Christmas set but I think it works so well.

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:-
Sweet Stamps Blog - Non traditional colours
Cards for Men - Challenge 23 It's Nearly Christmas
The Cheerful Stamp Pad - Challenge 29 Trees
Shopping Our Stash - Neutrel Colours/Never been inked
Critter Sketch - Challenge 91 Monochrome
One stitch at a time Challenge 81 - Black & White
Allsorts Challenge - Black White plus one

Halloween Jars

I know it's a bit late but I thought I show my jam jar lights that I made for decorating my porch with this year. I just covered some clear jam jars with tissue paper (I used white and then covered with orange ink) and then added some Lord Tim's Dies to the front of two and a face I cut to the other one. Finished it off with a wire handle and added some night lights - a very inexpensive way of decorating the house front this year but very effective, could be adapted for barbeques and other outdoor celebrations very easily.
